Not sure if this is on the right board but can someone explain this to me....
I know only registered users have only ever been able to post on the forums but since you now have to be registered to view them aswell, how come when you look at the forum stats there are always guests online? 
Am i wrong in thinking that you have to be registered to view the forum now?

i have been a register user for a couple of months but before that i could read what was on the forum as a guest but i couldnt post

The forum priviliges could be changed to allow only registered users to read the forums, meaning that any guests would have to sign up.

However, this means that if someone can't be bothered to register they'll just leave the site resulting the loss in a potential fan.

I did change it for a little while, basically the Guests that were showing up, were the people on the login page. They weren't actually viewing the forums.
